AQUAGAIR organizes a “Seminar on modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) for cold chain transport of live mussels at short and long distance”
AQUAGAIR, the AQUAREG subproject studying the behaviour of live mussel packaged in a modified atmosphere to enhance its shelf life for long and short distance transport, is organizing a seminar in Vigo (Galicia) on the 19th of June.
In this seminar targeted at mussel sector professionals, machinery companies and researchers- the results of the project regarding the application of modified atmosphere packaging will be presented, as well as a perspective on the different preservation technologies for mussels and other seafood products.
The seminar will take place in CETMAR (C/Eduardo Cabello s/n - 36208Vigo) and registration is free.
